* Data cable may be on backward at the driver or connector connections- Reseat cable and retest.
* Data cable in offset- The data cable may be offset on connector by one or more pins. Reseat cable and retest.
* Replace cable- If both the above tests fail, the it may be adefective cable. Replace it with a good one.
